What song are you listening to?

I understand that! :) Thank you. But did you like 11 weeks of posts yesterday, when I only post on this thread on Sunday mornings? It's fine. I was just confused. I do see duplicate posts from people sometimes. I thought maybe something like that happened - a glitch in the system, not your fault.
No I didn't. I only came to the page we're on right now which is page 29. I liked your posts on this page only. I did not go back any further to the other pages. It's the first time I've been in this thread in quite awhile. I just came to this page and that was it. lol!

Well................I looked back through this page - 11 posts on page 29! :) Sunday 2/25, 3/2 about concert for George, Sunday 3/4, 3/8 about Joe Scarborough listening to the top 40 70's radio show on the weekend too, then later that day about "Everything That Touches You" on FB (where I mentioned that I seem to be the only person posting on this thread!), then Sunday 3/11, Sunday 3/25 (nothing on Sunday 3/18?), then Sunday April 1, and yesterday, Sunday 4/8. Geez!

I am the first one on page 30 now. I have had to go back 2-3 pages from one Sunday to the next because the other threads get posted on so much, this one gets pushed back from lack of activity.

It was wonderful! No surprise there. The music is energizing, the story is so uplifting, the dancing was great, etc. What a treat to see it again!
That's awesome! I think this is one of the times I wish I could have joined you! I'm so glad you had the opportunity to go! :cheer2:

I was listening to my favorite FM Radio Station, 95.7 - The River's Greatest Hits when they played this classic: Break My Stride by Matthew Wilder.

I love this radio station because they play all the classics from the 70's, 80's and 90's. The station also has Larry Ryan in the mornings. In the early 60's and 70's, "Lovable" Larry Ryan was on KEEL 71 which was an AM station. There were no FM Stations back then. It's great that Larry's still around with his wonderful sense of humor. (y)

Last night, I went to a coffee house concert for the rural school students where I volunteer. There was one young man who fabulously played electric guitar to the song "The Stage". I did not recognize the song, so I googled it and the song's meaning. Here is a link: http://songmeanings.com/songs/view/3530822107859535101/

Basically, it describes history/violence, our ignorance & ambivalence toward history, and our participation in it (the interpretation provided on the link is much better than my synopsis). Pretty deep subject for a 17-year old hard rocker kid in rural Idaho. Seriously, I don't ever remember hearing anyone live (outside of big name concer headliners) who played so well.

Elbow Grounds for Divorce

I know what some of you are thinking, but you are wrong :P. I just read a book about a stripper and this was her favorite performance piece. I had never heard it before, but now that I have--yeah, I can see the pole dance appeal.
