1) NO - I think they only have to be accurate about the meat weight. So if they say it’s a 1/4 pounder, the beef patty has to actually be 1/4 of a pound.
2) IMO, what restaurants definitely mislead on is how good the actual product looks compared to advised. ?

I don't really know but I hope so. Any time there is an airline crash it is important, obvioulsy, to find out the root and contributing causes to prevent recurrence.
