Can I have one of each? Seriously, this is a trick question for me, as I rarely meet a cheese I don't like.

If pressed, I'd have to answer "other". Gruyere and Fontina are my favorites for melty dishes. I've been known to combine them. Also been known to throw in some sharp cheddar just for kicks. I really do like cheese.
