1) Yes - if there’s no bike lane and cyclists must respect pedestrians.
2) Pedestrians have the right of way on sidewalks - it’s the law in most states.
3) I’ve actually been run over twice - both times by cyclists who ran over me from behind. Neither times did the cyclist stop to check that I was okay. ?
4) I’m fine with cyclists sharing the road but they should stay as far right as possible.
