1) NAY - It seems a tad too soon - but reopening still needs to follow the rules of Phase 1.
2) For comparison, my hometown state (Arkansas) - and my mom still lives there - has a goal of May 4 to start Phase 1. And Arkansas has been hit much less by this illness than Georgia has. Also, Atlanta and Savannah are major hubs/ports.
3) I live in Virginia (near DC). I think I’ll still be staying inside for AWHILE.
