YAY! I loved seeing the Russian ice dancers doing so well.

NAY - US pairs? What else is new? :lol: What about how not good that US women are right now? Also, I’m still really angry at Gracie’s situation. Why didn’t her coaches and USFS give her better guidance before she returned to competition at a GP event in Russia like that? :(

YES - Many Latin American countries are a mess with weak leadership and it would be really bad if a country like China and/or Russia got too much influence

SOMETHING ELSE - The U.S. is no stranger to overturning governments it doesn’t like and replacing them with one it does. And it never works out well for the locals. Russia did the same with similar results. Many countries are just now finding out that Chinese help can be a double edged sword.
