Nay (ten years ago, they could have had a performance discussion as a warning and then if he did anything going forward etc..........plus he is rather cute). Notwithstanding, it is Disney's company and they can do what they want within the law. They have to think of their shareholders and image. I guess I can see both sides but tend to favor giving the guy a chance since it was 10 years ago.
