No - Artistry is way too subjective and can be judged based on the “reaction value” of the expression, not the quality/difficulty of it. It’s basically the same problem I have with a lot of “modern art”. No, feces on a country’s flag isn’t the same quality as a Monet or Renoir painting. Just sayin’.

I do think that PCS needs to be judged better, but there are objective standards for choreography, skating skills, execution, etc.
