A good a Good Samaritan was shot on December 02 and later died of his injuries. But Yosif Al-Hasnawi family contends that the paramedic 40 minutes from the time they arrived on the scene to take him to the hospital. They believe he might have survived his wounds had they taken him to the hospital right away. Do they have a case?

Yes, almost unbelievable really, why assume acting when the risk is death (an outcome that cannot be reversed). One would think even if he was found out to be acting, take him anyway and if he was acting, he could be held accountable for that but to take the risk on an assumption......how foolish/criminal. Maybe I missed something in that story.

You are invited to a gender reveal party.* You assume it is to announce the gender of a friend's baby but you find out it is not that at all rather a more adult event. You:

Leave in disgust, vow to never go to that friend's place again;
Think it has to be a joke so you stay to find out;
Are intrigued and can hardly wait as you have never been to such a party; or
Are simply disappointed because you love going to baby gender reveal parties.


* When I read the title, I had never heard of such a party and made an incorrect assumption as to what it might be.
