YES - "World Cup" is a more appealing thing to say - especially in team type of world championships. Follows footie, volleyball, and water polo.
Should sports like aquatics and track & field have their World Championships every year? Currently they are every two years on old numbered years (2015, 2017, etc.).
YES - More big competitions help exposure and hopefully $$$$ for the sports. Plus, countries like the U.S. have a "dead year" every second year in the Olympic cycle (2014, 2018) due to not participating in the Commonwealth Games and there not being a continental games (European, African, etc.) yet.

NO - Every two years is enough. In fact, let's make figure skating's World Championships every two years.

Will Qatar be able to remain as the 2022 host of the FIFA World Cup? Six countries - United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Mauritania - have banded together to boycott Qatar and have reportedly written to FIFA to demand the 2022 World Cup be moved from the country.
NO - if all the flaws in Qatar's bid and it's complete unsuitability to host the tournament didn't change any minds at FIFA, I doubt the above mentioned countries will. I cannot remember the last time any of the boycotting countries qualified for the WC in any case.
