1) Disagree - IMHO, I’ve always thought that the charges in the NYC case were bizarre at best.
2) That being said, Trump has a good chance to get this overturned on appeal.
3) IMHO, the Mar-a-Largo classified documents and the 1/6 DC cases are WAY more legit against Trump, though.

2) About 1980/The figures era: I sometimes wonder if the East German and Soviet skaters, because the state provided the rinks and training, just had too much of an advantage to get the ice time needed to practice figures. Western countries’ skaters had to deal with the limits of $$$ and the schedule of (usually) private ice rinks. Especially with competing with time and $$$ made with ice hockey, particularly in the ?? and ??. ?

So….should Caitlyn Clark have been included in Team USA ?? for basketball ? for the Olympics?
