1) YES - At least hear the new evidence.
2) My personal starting point when it comes to the death penalty is that I don’t trust the government to take someone’s life.
3) I will admit that I have conflicts with how I 100% feel about the death penalty because I’ll look at heinous people like Tim McVeigh (OKC bombing), the Boston Marathon bomber, the Charleston, SC church shooter, serial killers, etc. - who we 10000000% know did it and had proper due process - and I honestly don’t care that their actions got them the death penalty.
