2) IMHO, Boitano was a bit better in 1988.
3) As much as I typically loved Scott Hamilton’s skating - He was SO LUCKY that Orser sucked at the compulsory figures (7th) in 1984. Hamilton was subpar and over-scored in Sarajevo.
