YES - There will at least be better ways to mange symptoms or slow down the progression.

Track & Field: Robby Andrews pulled an upset last month at the U.S. Championships when he won and beat Olympic Champ Matt Centrowitz in the 1500m. Problem is, Andrews still doesn't have the 3:36.00 qualifying standard for the World Championships next month.

The next man who has the standard is Ben Blankenship (who was 12th at U.S. Nats ). Craig Engels was 4th and he is getting closer to 3:36.00.

Will Robby Andrews get the world championship standard by the July 21 deadline? His next chance will be tomorrow night at the NYC Tracktown Series on ESPN at 9pm EST.

YAY! GO ROBBY GO! :cheer:
or
NAY! 'Merica clearly needs either Craig Engels' mullet or Ben Blankenship's hair in London.

Chai Latte

Back to running: This morning, 2016 Olympic Champion Eliud Kipchoge announced that he will run the Berlin Marathon in September.

Kipchoge ran an impressive 2:00:25 in the Nike Breaking2 Project. His official PB was 2:03:05 at the 2016 London Marathon. The official world record is 2:02:57 (Dennis Kimetto).

Will Kipchoge win the Berlin Marathon AND break the world record? The Berlin Marathon is known for its flat course, even surface, lots of cheering spectators, and typically mild temperatures.

YES! :cheer:
or
NO, Kipchoge will win but miss the record.
or
NO, Kipchoge will lose. :(

or
Turkey Chili
or
Korean BBQ Jackfruit & Rice
or
Sort sort of Tex-Mex Quinoa Bowl

Can you tell what random things are in my fridge/freezer? ;)

In a North American strange city alone and you are deciding on dinner, do you

Room service, who the heck wants to go out there?
Eat down in hotel restaurant, need to get out of room
Look in phone book and order delivery
OR
Ask the concierge for a recommendation and explore the safe areas he/She recommended

Yes, if the local people want it to work. There are examples of community gardens in Canada but you need people to put in the time to cultivate.

Campbell's, please bring back your green pea soup
YAY!
NAY
Or
Who cares
