1) A lot of people have been allowed the day off or telework?
2) This was the case last year in the DC area the day after the Nationals won the Stanley Cup. I was basically by myself in the offfice.
3) Later that week - a lot of employers allowed causal dress and admin leave for the Celebration Parade. It was almost next door from my office.

1) YAY, whatever - I guess? - But in the U.S., religious schools don’t receive public funding. They operate just like other types of private schools.

1) No opinion one way or the other. Side effect of working so many long shifts I guess is I have lost interest in keeping up with the latest pop culture and social media stuff.
