Should expats have guaranteed voting rights in Canada? I will admit that I’m confused about this. They are a still a legal resident of somewhere in Canada, right? How is it determined what province/locality that they vote out of? :confused:

3) Cross country running used to be in the Summer Olympics until 1924 and there’s been campaigns to make it a Winter Olympic sport because it’s normally competed in the fall/winter. But the IOC won’t because it doesn’t “require” ice or snow.
