Matt Savoie was really ahead of his time. I think he would have been great under CoP and wish he was hitting his prime right around now. I know he was around the for the beginning of CoP but it wasn't used properly the first few years, IMO.

The reason why she did so poorly in figures and always had to depend on free skating for her placement. You need the portion of the foot that she was missing for balance and control.

She never used it as an excuse, or wanted sympathy because of her problem.

This is the only FD of theirs that really made me sit up and pay attention. It was just gorgeous. Question though, why did they change their costumes for Worlds? The ones at the GPF were so pretty and the ones at Worlds were so...not pretty.

If anyone knows where this montage exists but with the "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" music playing to it. It'd much appreciated. I like the montage but I think it was far superior with Cyndi Lauper's song playing during it.

Here's a brand new montage that I just finished, it's the most detailed editing that I've ever done and has lots of new special effects.

The theme is Ice Dance Divas to "Queen of the Night" by Whitney Houston. It has Pasha Grishuk, Marina Anissina, Barbara Fusar-Poli, Angelika Krylova, and Tatiana Navka. Brian Joubert also makes a guest appearance:

Have you considered dailymotion? Over at Goldenskate we had youtube threads for competitions but within hours videos would get taken down after links were posted (someone watching the site). USFSA can't do that with dailymotion though, from what I've read at Goldenskate. It might be worth a shot.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the vid links from this thread.. i've been recovering in bed the past week and its been great to watch all of these so please keep doing what your doing! I especially love the old vid's - midori ito as a little girl was an amazing jumper and the artistry of the skaters in the 70's was really nice.. plus I remember watching so many of those at the time so a trip down memory lane.. thanks

Have anybody that had their youtube accounts deleted here ever had success in creating a new account with a new email? I'm just afraid if I try that then they'll figure out its me and then I'll be frustrated all over again.
