Timothée Chalamet - I’m not sure what to think about this.

I especially don't get the black shoes with this. Youthful I guess, but the overall look isn't to my taste. Honestly would look better on a lady, or on someone with a skin tone that isn't mayonnaise white.

I think that it would have been better if Chalamet had worn a “typical” colored suit with just a flash of a bright color. Especially considering that he could win tonight.

At least it wasn’t a super bright highlighter color.

Yeah it was Rachel Sennott. She was in the SNL movie that came out last year. Also in Bottoms, which is a very funny movie but that was in 2023.

As good as Arina Grande is a singer, it kills me to hear her breath in the middle of a clear phrase or even word.

Cynthia Erivo is slaying the 11 o'clock number from "The Wiz" though and "Defying Gravity."

I’m calling it now - If Wicked: For Good ends up being fairly good, it’s winning everything next year.

That was a fabulous way to start the Oscars, with clips of films involving L.A. and then great singing from Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.

Ariana tends to remind me of Christina Aguilera - I'm always suprised that someone so little can sing with such power.

OKEE…..The Substance is the only nominated film I haven’t seen. I’m not a fan of body horror, but that intro is making me about watching it now.

I haven't seen it but I know a lot of people who have and I can say with a degree of confidence that the body horror elements get a lot more extreme than that.
