So fast. Looks like they took the some of the criticism of them being to OTT and toned it down a bit. It maybe just practice but I noticed they took out the little bum wiggle during the step sequence. It works for me-I think it lets me focus on the footwork that much more. Nobody can touch them with their footwork...so many beautiful edges.

Twizzles...argh, I know it's practice but still. They did nail a solid set at the end of the practice....

The No-touch Stsq is awesome (!!), slight "error" on the twizzle by Tessa, better here than tomorrow, nothing major for sure. And they changed the ending !
(I still wish she didn't add the hair extention though, she absolutely doesn't need it IMO. Did she ever compete with her hair down since 2008 ? like in Umbrellas ? I really liked it !)

Or Tracy Wilson. I think Marie and Patrice aren't there yet. I haven't looked to see if they're with Madi and Zach.

tis good. If for some last minute reason they were delayed....they held a camp before worlds with Cricket and Gadbois all countries all coaches etc and it went over really well. Brian is a person first, anything else comes after so I am sure any of those coaches would be happy to look after water bottles and skate guards for someone else.
 
I finally started liking the ACI SD, and now they've gone and changed it and argh! I liked the bum wiggle in the step sequence. I also liked the Jagger-like moves that were in the sequence stop. Now that they've been changed, I don't think the stop is adding anything to the dance and wish they'd just do the step sequence without stopping. I also think there's too much "face" and they don't need to do so much to sell it. It's definitely a difficult dance; they just need to get more comfortable with it.
 
The sound came back just in time for the run through. I'm disappointed they didn't alter the ending, but it is stronger than ACI.
 
Dear God I hope she hasn't changed her SD dress too. Haha. Seriously though. I trust the changes that they feel they have to make along the way.

Agree on almost all of these points. Yes, to the hip wiggle! The stop at SS, I don't mind that. (I liked how powerful their skating coming from the stop and going back into the program). Scott did turn down a notch this time at this (pose/stop) section. Lastly, wish they kept the original ending pose though...it had more impact. Looking forward to what their outfits will be this round. Btw, thanks for sharing the vid with the dubbed music. :)
 
I'll reserve my opinion for now since we get only half of the FD, but that looks MUCH better than ACI already. I want to see the final product, ad I didn't rewatch ACI on purpose to get a fresh opinion on this FD. Tessa said how different it can be to compete a program vs training.

EDIT : The shape of the dress is awesome for Tessa (and for this FD), I'm not the only one thinking that right ?

The ending is so much stronger, the first and second time I watched it I cried. Tessa is brilliant there; superb and a BIG improvement on ACI.
