Strange Things You Have Experienced (Happy Halloween!)

Have you ever experienced something strange in your life that defies explanation? It could be anything from coincidence to outright weird. Sometimes it involves a death or a catastrophic event. And sometimes it is something joyous.

Examples:
A man who was following a car on the highway suddenly felt the need to slow down. A few seconds later the car in front hydroplaned and this man was able to avoid a nasty wreck.

I have a sensible, down-to-earth friend who was terrified one night when something sat at the edge of her bed. She said it had a human shape but wasn't quite human. She was certain she was not dreaming.

My experience falls under happy coincidence: I had collapsed and was loony with sepsis. The phone just happened to be on a near-by nightstand and though my sister called every Sunday----on that day(Thursday) she called. I was finally pain free and felt like I was floating even though I was stuck on the floor. She called 911(thank heavens.) She simply felt compelled to call.

I have seen a lot of ghosts.

In fact, the unit we live in is inhabited by the deceased owners of the land our neighborhood is built upon. They are actually buried in the nearby woods. We haven't seen them in awhile but when they are active in the unit, they are frequently very loud.

We wonder if they had black cat because we've seen the ghost of one of them quite a few times in the unit.

We actually have a black & white cat who reacts to a lot of phenomena inside the unit that we can't see or hear. So did our other cat when she was still living.

I think reading about the ghost cat has to be a first for me. Was it seen and heard?
