TM and SOI websites are working. But no sign of an email. I think it actually has a link you need to use. TM screen isn't even giving the option to click and enter a code.

This feels like USFS is managing the process.

Cloudflare issue is largely resolved so that shouldn't be what's holding anything back.

VIP is just the name of the presale for people on the email list and doesn't refer to the more expensive seats. All price levels can be purchased with the VIP presale link.

All tix are on sale, follow Yuki's instructions above. I just bought a ticket...109, row H, seat 16...and then got the email about sale paused, but my order went through. I guess I have a ticket?
