Quite a few sci/fi books have that as the basic plot line

@Gerry great news!! She sounds like she is doing so well! How is her balance? Any vision problems? What they use to thicken stuff is a power (or a syrup you can buy online). I know they use peach nectar. I forget what the other thing is. Maybe flour? It really has no taste to it.
I am sure she is scared. I know I was and I didn't want anyone to know. I spent a lot of energy on trying to act normal.
I woke up 1 year ago today. Friends make fun of me saying they knew I would wake up for nationals.
You might want to bring in a computer and put on Icenetwork for her. She loves her skating. It will help her eyes to track things which also helps the brain. There are a lot of brain exercises you can find online. Ask the neuro if he has a site he uses. My neuro has one and it tracks my IQ and thinking. It tells him if I am getting better or worse. He subscribes to this or you can't get on the site, he gave me sign in info. I tried to send it to one of my friends who help and they weren't allowed access.

I do NOT recommend Yankee polka right now. It might cause a glitch in her amazing recovery. As for her memory, I truly hope Lee forgot how I tried to stick my finger into her daughter's cupcakes (for her wedding). She told me I'd better remember that her daughter also has her father's genes - I would be chased around the world and rebake the perfect cupcakes. HA!
