Question about Alexei Urmanov

Hi, I remember watching a performance of Alexei Urmanov's (I'm pretty sure it was him ?) where he was doing back crossovers and he got too close to the boards, his blade hit the boards and he fell, got back up immediately and hit the board and he fell again. Does anyone remember which competition this happened during? I think it was Worlds but don't remember the year...

No. Alexei was doing the same move, but he fell like 2x in a row. He got back up, then immediately tripped and fell again.
