As a huge fan of skating for 3 1/2 years now, I decided to follow in the footsteps of @clairecloutier and start my own blog on figure skating, with the emphasis on pairs. I will try to give (in the words of our beloved Jackie Wong) "real, level-headed figure skating analysis". Right now the posts are a little irregular because the season is barely starting, but I will post weekly reviews of the Grand Prix events and of course the other major competitions of the season. Please don't be afraid to comment - I'm open to all your opinions!

Wow....I followed the link to take a peak and now-45 mins later (I am nowhere near finished)I am tearing myself away to reply to cat's needs..(prob.2nd or third breakfast) the only words they understand is "on demand"

You're doung a great job.

Suggestions:
If you could figure out how to get it seen by lots of young people, you would be doing the sport a big service. They might enjoy posts about learning to skate, too, if you're doing that.

Adding vids would be good too so people who dont know what you're talking about can see the light.

Another great job. Entertaining and informative. Some highlights for those who haven't read you yet:

I also have a conspiracy theory that the entire costume budget for Team Mozer goes to Ksenia Stolbova the team supermodel, and poor Evgenia and Vladimir are stuck dressed like house-elves from a Harry Potter movie.
...
I’m a huge fan of Ksenia Stolbova/Fedor Klimov (RUS), but I should know better than to think there will be no drama. First the soap opera at 2015 Europeans in Stockholm, then the meltdown in the short program at last Worlds in Helsinki…when are they going to learn that Fedor, toe picks, and skating events in Scandinavia are a deadly combination?
...
Somewhere in all this drama, Lubov Iliushechkina/Dylan Moscovitch (CAN) were royally robbed. The judges buried them in the short program over an under-rotated toe loop, then totally underscored their masterpiece of a free skate. About that…let me just talk for a minute about how stunning that free skate is. I’m COMPLETELY in love with that lift where he begins on his knee and carries her all around the ice; I’ve never seen something so beautiful in my whole freaking life. I would’ve been dishing out PCS of 80…but the judges went with a measly 64.33 (which is lower than the PCS of all three medalists).
