Cartons of cigarettes for medalists on the podium!
I keep having visions of the Campbell's Soup kids being replaced by a Rockettes style synchro team of dancing cigarette packets.

But once you're outside the smokers are right there by the doors. It was very difficult to escape from the smoke/smoking. That was the one thing that bothered me the most. Otherwise the arena was one of the best and the view from the balcony was great (you have to catch it when there are no smokers out there). There are designated non-smoking areas in casinos in Las Vegas. The one in the Orleans was located close to the back doors so fresh air poured in every time the doors opened. No one had to walk through the casino to get to the arena - there were doors 10 steps from the elevators that offered a quick walk outside.
Does anyone have intel on rumored hosts for the next SA? Seems a lot of people talking online about the possibility of a return to Vegas but it’s probably just wishful thinking. Personally loved the venue and experience.
Seems odd though on-brand for the org that USFS doesn’t immediately capitalize on marketing to SA attendees to preorder tickets to the next year’s event...

I walked in and out of those doors many times every day and rarely saw anyone smoking in that area.
Rumors are 2020 Skate America is headed to a southern state but hopefully USFS rethink that plan and return to Las Vegas next year.
