Unless the costume is 100% white, the costumer needs to avoid doing white for the panty. Yes, it’s easier to cut the leotard as one piece, but this dress is gorgeous and needed an ice blue bottom.

I can't say I agree with that. White made visual sense to me in this case.

Iwase is ALL legs right now. But she was much more enjoyable to watch. Feels to me like she should easily go into first but I'm not concentrating that hard.

Update: I was concentrating hard enough, apparently. Rockets into first.

Oh Tanabe has a lovely kimono-esque costume. Oh and I immediately recognize the music too lol. Makes sense (it's Memoirs of a Geisha).
