ETA that the dates in Makuhari (May 24-26) and Sendai (May 31-June 2) coincide with the "Fantasy on Ice" shows in those 2 cities: https://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/th...une-2-kobe-june-7-9-toyama-june-14-16.105472/

Sounds awesome. I have no say in it, obviously, but it would be AWESOME to see Lambiel reprise his Poeta free skate in the show, still one of my all-time favorite IJS programs. (Okay, I guess he's in the Fantasy on Ice show, but. . . .)

Retrospective published on the ISU website today (May 27, 2019): The Javier Fernandez story
The ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2019 was his last competition. “All doors are now open,” he said, but his future remains connected to figure skating. Fernandez has started his own show tour in Spain two years ago and he wants to expand it to other countries. He performs in shows around the world, he is teaching in seminars and summer camps. The seven-time European Champion sees his future in coaching. ”I will do shows, summer camps and seminars – many things – and then I will be 100% a coach,” he offered. It is also important to him to continue to promote figure skating in Spain and to help the next generation of skaters to achieve their dreams.
