Now where's my girl Penny Coomes (and Nick of course) on the GP, huh?THEY DESERVE A SPOT TOO!
PS: That's great for Zoe and Christopher!!!
I'm glad for Zoe/Christopher but oh DG. You outdo yourself.![]()
Wang/Wang CHN (they had to give up both of their GP assignments due to injury, presumably).Who did they replace?

Another
(this was supposed to be their GP debut; their 2nd GP is France).was there too much doubt?Seems like XN Li will make the Olympics then...

)They should, but probably Fournier-Beaudry/Sorensen who are ranked higher than them for now will get a second event instead in such case.Well, there have been no dance withdrawals so far, but if there is one they should get that spot then.
was there too much doubt?![]()
Well, there have been no dance withdrawals so far, but if there is one they should get that spot then.
It sounds as if Duskova/ Bidar might have to cancel Europeans, so they probably need to cancel GP France as well. Next chance for DG to hire a new pair. It will be interesting who is next. Why would you go with GER#3 and not the better pair GER#2?Boyadi/Jones on GP circuit.
I have no words
(But I like to see the spots are getting filled and almost all other teams where overseas; i just he would have picked ITA#3 or GER#3 instead, but well...at least Novoselov will not come in dead last!)
Because 1) H/B will easily beat FRA#2 and more important 2) H/S are on the subs list, H/B not.Why would you go with GER#3 and not the better pair GER#2?
Czech federation's statement published today (Nov. 1): https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=cs&tl=en&u=http://www.czechskating.org/clanek/738/grand-prix-2017It sounds as if Duskova/ Bidar might have to cancel Europeans, so they probably need to cancel GP France as well.
If I would buy a ticket for a Grand Prix event I would expect to get to see the best they offer.Because 1) H/B will easily beat FRA#2 and more important 2) H/S are on the subs list, H/B not.
