[Item 1.] The ISU Council granted provisional ISU Membership for the Figure Skating Branch to the Skating Federation of Macedonia.

[Item 2.] The ISU Council granted full ISU Membership with immediate effect for the following ISU Members:
- Federasi Ice Skating Indonesia - Figure Skating and Speed Skating Branch
- Skating Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic - Figure Skating Branch
- Liechtensteiner Eislauf Verband - Figure Skating Branch
- Figure Skating Federation of the Republic of Moldova - Figure Skating Branch

[Item 5.] The elected ISU Athletes Commission held its first meeting in connection with the ISU Council meeting on June 2, 2017 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In line with Article 21, Paragraph 2. c) of the ISU Constitution, the Athletes Commission elected its Chair and Vice Chair. John Coughlin (USA, Single & Pair Skating) was elected as Chair and Luiza Zlotkowska (POL, Speed Skating) as Vice Chair.

[Item 10.] ISU Figure Skating Championships 2018 and the Olympic Winter Games 2018 – Minimum Total Elements Scores (see below):

The minimum total (technical) element scores remain unchanged from this past season.

@kwanfan1818, do you know what the minimum number of entries is for a competition to be counted for TES? There were only 4 competitors (all USA) in the Junior men's event in Philadelphia Summer International and I was told that's why their scores weren't counted?

Scores have been updated as of August 19, 2017, for the first 3 international events of the 2017/18 season -- Lake Placid International Dance (Sr./Jr.), Asian Open Trophy (Sr. Men/Ladies/Pairs) & Philadelphia Summer International (Sr. Men/Ladies & Jr. Ladies):

TES Minimums are supposed to be earned at recognized international competitions, where there are at least two competitors from two different members, as well as the required tech and judging panel members (credentials, member breakdown, etc.)

So an all US field wouldn't qualify.
