I think it also mentions psychoactive drugs which can mean anything. It can be a prescription medication. I forget how different our societies can be....Weed is so common around here in so many forms. At our "ladies lunch" we spoke about our curiosity of microdosing with psilocybin while we sip our perfectly legal cocktails. It is sad to think of a life cut short over something like this.
