One part Russian vodka
One part Hypoxen
One part L-carnitine
One part freshly grated Trimetazidine (more if necessary)
One twist of lemon
Ice
One grain of salt

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add the chacha and vodka, then the medications.
Stir.
Place the twist on the correct, outside edge of the glass.
Add the salt and enjoy!
Just what the doctor ordered.

Caution:
Do not drink alone.
Do not drive or skate competitively until the cocktail has cleared your system.
