Have we ever 'seen' 540 jumps in Figure Skating?

That is why I'm so fond with approaches such as "Le patin libre" with its almost ideological regard of ice skating, demolishing the walls of what "you can or should do inside the competitive figure skating world". The cross between imagination and the constrictions of our own bodies is what makes interpretative art (and sports) forms that use the body as a vehicle want to live another day.

A French/Canadian group who mainly come from figure skating backgrounds but do what I think it is fair to describe as contemporary dance on ice. I think they are rather good - technically and artistically. There are some clips on their website.
 
I have seen someone do something like the 540. It was either Ryan Bradley in a show, or someone who I can't recall at the Aerial Jump Challenge Backflip round.
