The short program was a big improvement on Grand Prix of France. The free skate is more like how she skated a few weeks ago, but still improved. Hopefully she'll continue to make progress getting the jumps back under her in the next few months.

I like to think hell to the liars is dedicated to all those jumps that were fine in practice then acted a fool in competition

Lorine is so tilted in the air it's miraculous she ever lands those toe jumps. Her edge jumps look like much better technique.

She's severely lacking any French voidiness however.

Another solid skate for Schild. She slowed right down going into the flip, and clearly wasn't confident about that jump today.

Rion I'm not sure I'd call dependable, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Amber beats her in this segment (or Chae-yeon, for that matter), but with the lead she has from the short program she'd have to horrifically bomb.

Rough start, but you could see the determination going into the Salchow, and things went much better from then on. The second half of the program gives me hope that she can get the jumps back later this season.
