Samy Hammi has withdrawn due to shoulder injury. Nothing jeopardizing his season though.

That's odd. There's a message about not airing the program live out of respect for the athletes' Olympic preparations. But Adam isn't the only one preparing for the Olympics!
Well, aren't we pretentious? Anyone care to make a wager that the same thing happens tomorrow with FBCiz's RD? 😜

Well, Adam finished well behind Kevin :)

Maybe more notable here is Davide Lewton Brain finally landing the 3A and scoring massively compared to his past best. Pretty sure he worked again with Aymoz on choreography this year (eta I peeped the stream, it’s the same Kevin-choreo’d short from last season)

Kevin is his choreographer for both programs. I follow Davide on Instagram and he has been working hard on his 3A.

Now, the shocking contrary opinion. In this early stage, I’m very meh about Aymoz’s short. When it finally (and it takes too long to do so) changes to Judas, there is some cool transitional work. But all three jumps are done in almost background music with some of the same rehashed jump set-ups— see the Lutz prep. I would say I hope it’s just the early stages but that music doesn’t really lend itself to suddenly spicing up the choreography.

I realllllllllllly was pushing for him to skate to White Lotus as we had discussed the show in the past and I think it would be a massive millennial/gen z Olympic vibe, so much that the composer was replying to my Instagram DMs about the hypothetical 😂 but oh well.
