Dan Haggerty has died

Another rest in peace. Another person gone from cancer. Being the age I am, I remember the "Grizzly Adams" show on television, and it may have helped boost my love of nature and wilderness still today.

Dan Haggerty was featured on an episode of "American Pickers" recently.
If you haven't seen it. it's worth searching for.

He had a much more multifaceted background than most people realized.

I remember the "Grizzly Adams" show on television...

That's the only thing I remember him doing. So I checked imdb.com and his resume is WAY more extensive than I could have imagined, his first role being on the TV show "The Files of Jeffrey Jones" at age 12. He had an uncredited role in Easy Rider and made a few other biker type movies before gaining fame as Grizzly Adams. He appeared on Charlie's Angels and CHiPs and worked regularly in B movies. He actually has two feature films in post-production. But most of us wil remember him as Mr. Adams, I bet.
