Plushenko's original Sex Bomb has got to be my favorite.
Also enjoyed Misha Ge's Gangnam Style.
And Lutai's horrid Hip Hop EX from 2006/2007 just for its trainwreckiness. If anyone still happens to have that masterpiece of trash, I'd be infinitely grateful if you could provide me with it.

Although it wasn't an exhibition, it could have very well been one. It was a very rare moment filled with talent from Robin Cousins and Cindy Stuart. They improvised a program during the 1999 Improv-ice challenge and it was spectacular. Both of them together was simply awesome.

Robin Cousins & Cindy Stuart

Another favorite that could have very well been an exhibition program for Kristi was when she competed during the 1996 Fox Rock n Roll Championships.

Kristi Yamaguchi - It's Oh So Quiet

Another favorite that could have also been an exhibition program was when Kurt Browning performed to Meditation at the 1999 Improv-ice challenge.

Kurt Browning - Meditation

And my other favorite exhibition was when Michelle (The Kween) performed FOG at 2003 Worlds.

Michelle Kwan - FOF

Do we mean "exhibition" as in the gala after a competition? Or "exhibition" as in a number made for a professional show?

The first is kind of a limited category because some skaters just do their short program again.

Music interpretation and artistry can not be matched in Sasha's original Romeo and Juliet program (post #18). Thanks for sharing @NingaTurtles.

Also -- Yuzu's Notte Stellata in Pyeongchang takes my breath away:
This is one I find myself watching over and over. Something about it just mesmerizes me. It's almost like you can see the weight that has been lifted off his shoulders and see his love for skating again.
