Bachelorette Season 14---or Becca's Revenge tour

I didn't do that for MTA because it was Bachelor/Bachelorette land and I figured I'd get something like Metropolitan Transit Authority. (And sure enough, just did that and that's what I got.)
 
Does it line up that perhaps Becca made a wrong choice on #1 Ari, and here she goes again, rinse and repeat, with #2
 
I get the feeling that Yuko is an act. I mean the baby voice and playing dumb. I heard her chuckle to herself a couple times in a deeper "normal" voice in this past episode and on Winter Games.

Yeah Wills was the biggest dud there. He said he tried with multiple girls but we never saw it. He has been talking in the press about wanting to be the first black Bachelor but I feel like we don't know anything about him except that he wears colorful shirts and rolls his eyes at the stupidity around him. Not a good case for a lead, IMHO. Kenny at this point makes more sense to be the first black lead.

It should tell you something that TPTB didn't try to save him as they could have easily gotten Chelsea or Angela to save him but then David needed to be saved as he is Jordan's nemesis and that story line still needs to carry on but Angela could have easily given her rose to Wills over Venmo John.

I too love Jordan on BiP as he brings great soundbites and he obviously is in love with himself more than anyone could ever be.

As for Colton & Tia & Becca, I just can't with all three of them. Ok, Becca probably had no choice to come as it was probably in her contract but come on Tia, grab a brain as Colton has made it clear that he's just not into you. Oh, eville Catherine is thrilled that it looks like Chris is going to dump Tia tonight for Krystal now that he has the power of giving out roses.
 
So for about an hour last night, I actually liked Jordan as it seemed like he really was into Jenna. And I sorta get what he was trying to say to Annaleise but it came out wrong but then he lost me when he went for more TV time and threw the plate of cake around like a child.

But at least Tia & Colton's story was secondary tonight and we got to meet some new people. Who knew Venmo John would be the guy all the ladies wanted to get to know better. I actually liked him with Jubilee over Caroline but I think John liked Caroline more.

Still loving Grocery Store Joe and Kendall. And think Chris and Krystal are perfect for each other though I did feel bad for Kenny getting friend-zoned but at leas Krystal was upfront with him. Still stings but better to know now but to get dumped for Chris must have hurt his ego.
 
I am NOT loving Kendall and Joe. The outtake with the tuna fish sandwiches was very telling. It is a red flag that he thought her recipe was "disgusting."

I am married to the wrong man for 30 years, now, and I wish I had been more aware to catch those seemingly innocent but actually major disses.
 
Caroline was way more into the animals than John, Jubilee actually paid attention to him.
Jordan was at least up front with Annaleise but didn’t he actually say he’d be back if nothing better worked out? Still entertaining though.
 
So anyone watching Bachelor in Paradise wait, the real name of the show is "Tia & Colton and some random people in Paradise".

I don't know which of Fleiss minions came up with the whole Tia/Colton storyline that has gone from Becca's season to paradise but its been an EPIC fail as I think everyone I follow on twitter can't stand them. And Tia's "use some tongue" was just awful, way to humiliate a guy on national TeeVee, Tia. She has ZERO filter that one.

Best moment of two hours of drek: "Jubilee, will you accept this rose". Thank god Venmo John grabbed a brain and gave Jubilee his rose over that annoying Caroline. Have hated her since she unmuted herself at the "Women Tell All" and acted all irate at Arie and I'm no fan of Arie's.
 
For me, this is the Jordan show. Hilarious. None of the couples are very engaging, but he’s a stitch.
 
Unpopular opinion, but I like Tia. I did not watch Arie's season, so she is somewhat new to me. I think she is adorable.

The splicing and filming this year is pretty bad. You can see cameramen and PAs all over the place (and some of them are good-looking. What is to prevent Chelsea, for example, casting her eye towards one of them. I know, contracts, but still....).

During one of Jordan's hissy-fits, he dashes down to the beach and a PA chilling in a light-colored shirt is diving to get out of the camera frame.

Two women were sitting at the bar discussing the Tia-Colton situation and Benoit was clearly shown onscreen talking to Kenny behind them, but in the order of the show, Benoit had not yet come down the stairs!

Totally agree, the editing has been terrible. They made it seem that Leo and Benoit came on different days but obviously it was the same day as Jordan and Joe were wearing the same shirts during their woe is me talks during the dates of Leo/Kendall and Benoit/Jenna.

I kinda feel sorry for Kendall to be watching back, slobbering all over Leo when we now know he's been since fired for sexual harassement; Chelsea too. And I'm not going to fault Kendall for going out with Leo as at the time she wasn't feeling Joe as much as he was to her and that's the premise of the show, to date around.

I actually hope Joe takes a few swings at ole Leo next week, even if that's against the rules as Leo is such a creep. Maybe his buddy Jordan will help----probably not, as that would muss his hair. I know, maybe Goose will jump in!
 
They make it seem like they've been there for weeks, but isn't this whole show filmed in something like 2 weeks? They look like they've been sitting around in the same clothes for 2-3 days, but it is all the same day. So by the time Leo got there, were Joe and Kendall together maybe 3 or 4 days?

I think Catherine confirmed that there was a good chance that Tia would have been the Bachelorette if Arie had not dumped Becca (runner up Lauren was too quiet for the lead, Kendall too quirky, Bekah too young?). So Raven has a good point about Colton being interested in the It Girl, seeing as he sought out Aly Raisman through his friend (Shawn Johnson's husband) post-Olympic success, then Tia, then fell in love with Becca.

I think the average time between rose ceremonies is 2 days so if Leo arrived the day after the second rose ceremony, Joe & Kendall had been a couple for about 4 days. Maybe 5 if they gave them extra time at the beginning.

Its all very fast, with filming lasting less than 3 weeks. What makes these couples last is what they do once they return home and so far only 2 of them have gone to marry (I don't count Lacey & Marcus from season 1 since it turned out their marriage was a sham).

The participants help fuel the time-warp confusion by making statements to camera such as, "This week, the girls have the power." I think they do this on Top Chef, too, referring to weeks when in truth it is only days between eliminations.
 
So I tuned in last night, totally blind as I haven't watched the franchise in years, but I just have to say seriously??? On what planet is Leo at all attractive???

Word is that Kendall & Leo had "dated" in L.A. preshow so that's why she wasn't all in with Joe as she was waiting for ole Leo to arrive. She's paying for her cluelessness on social media but whatever, she's a big girl and if she wants to date that loser so be it.
 
I was almost sucked in until he arrived, and then when they went into that extended "love story" segment, I threw in the towel. There are what appear to be at least 15 people there, and they spend all the air time on 3-4 people, the usual previously on/coming ups loops and then a massive silly segment just to set up a photo shoot? Non!

Not a good look at all for Kendall to be all gaga over such a guy but she doesn't have the benefit that we do of seeing him when he's not around her and knowing now that he's got serious issues with women.

And Analeise, at least learn Kamil's name if you are going to start picking out your china pattern 30 seconds after meeting him. And you know pickings are slim in paradise when the 60/40 tool has his pick of the ladies. Sigh.

Yeah trying to blame Kendall for ruining their perfect day is just all kinds of wrong. He has serious issues and like reality Steve said in his blog this morning, he needs to seek professional help.
 
Its official Colton is the next Bachelor. Yuck but let the man tears begin. Doubt I'll be tuning in much next January but I might if the spoilers Reality Steve comes up with are good.

Oh, Joe is getting the consolation prize of being on the new season of "Dancing with the Stars". What an amazing journey, from a night one boot to DWTS contestant!
 
I'll watch DWTS for Grocery Store Joe! Not tuning in for Bachelor Colton - he just doesn't seem ready on any level.
 
So funny that Jordan US seems like the nice normal guy now, and not so much of a head case like the others (except about his face).
 
I have always read about people being profiled via edits on Bachelor/Bachelorette, but never spent the time to figure that out. Here I see it easily. Jordan is a completely different person from real Bachelorette where he was somewhat of a moron to Paradise where he is seemingly likable.

I kinda believe Jordan that he didn't know but who knows, maybe it was all a scam. Whatever, Jenna is toast when it comes to getting any kind of brand name out of this.

As for other couples, seems like Chris & Krystal are pretty strong. He's moved to California to be with her and well, I wish them luck. Too early to tell about Astrid/Kevin and Kendall/Joe but good luck to them too.

Not sure yet if I'll be around for ole Colton's season come next January. Might depend on how the spoilers go. Filming begins next week sometime.
