Is there another Pair with the ISU minimums? Or are they not a thing for the Olympics?

Zhang/Huang have the Olympic (and Worlds) CTES mins - they won the spot for China at Skate to Milano in September and were the JGPF Champions last season. They were 4th at their debut 4CCs this week.

I was responding to a thread about the AUS pairs skaters, not China. Are there other AUS pairs who could make it to the Olympics if Gobuleva/Giotopoulos-Moore can't?

They are the same as for Europeans and Four Continents (23.00 [Short Program] / 38.00 [Free Skating]). I don't think that Australia has any other pair competing internationally, let alone with the minimums.

The next team on the "waiting list", ie, next in line from the Olympic Qualifier.

ETA: The next two in line are Les Kovs and Holichenko/Darenskiy. Uzbekistan is expected to give up its second Pairs spot, which would mean Les Kovs can skate the individual event. (They'll be assigned to the Team Event.) That would bump up UKR to the top of the list.

Well, sure, but did you see how the next team on the list, Holichenko/Darenskyi, skated at Euros? They're also dealing with serious injury and are no more likely to make the FS in Milano-Cortina than GoluGM. The Aussies earned their spot, fair and square, at Worlds last year, so I'm fine with them using it and getting the Olympic experience, especially since HolDar are already Olympians from 2022 when they got to compete in the TE.

I only saw the last groups of Euros Pairs, and I skipped to the end of the PBP thread. I didn't know H/D were injured.

In my opinion, a skater or team that thinks there is a great likelihood that they will need to withdraw without enough time for someone to sub in should give up their spot to the next on the list, regardless of who is next in line. I have no idea if that is the case for the Australian pair, though.

Who knows what GoluGM and their coaches think... They have three weeks before the Pairs SP and they should be able to get through that alright.

It is not that they won't be able to compete because they are not actually injured, they just may not be at peak performance level. And they did earn a spot at Worlds under the qualification criteria so they do deserve to be there.
