The program is bland, but I enjoyed watching the Brits come back after yesterday's disaster.

Minor costume snark: these elbow-length sheer sleeves make it look like Luke never has his arms fully locked out in the lifts.

Love love love this team. They improved 10000% last year and they've kept the LP this year which I'm okay with because I actually quite like it. Such a strong landing back on the throws, everything so solidly done here. Happy for her comeback!

Yay, happy that they got a personal best (deserved!) despite skating first. They dug themselves quite a big hole in the short, but they have a chance of not being last overall with that score.

He's wrong though, they were scoring higher last year. SB, yes. ETA- personal best free skate yes I suppose.

Still think for them the components should be up in the high 7s if not pushing 8.

What a great skate for the Brits! I don’t love the 2nd half of the program (snoozy music, I preferred Adam Rippon’s transition from Arrival of the Birds into Coldplay crazy as that is to type out), but so, so happy for them!

Shouldn't matter. You could ask Fear/Gibson the same thing (with their Scottish FD). Good programs are great ... no matter what country the music represents.

I'm probably gonna like any and every Riverdance program there is aside from let me do one difficult step in the entire program Shae-Lynn Bourne edition, but she is REALLY not keeping up with this and it's all become super super sloppy. Like this team a whole lot usually but today no.

And the music repeats far too much at the way too fast speed toward the end.

ChtWoz - 3tw - very nice; SBS 3t - okay; SBS 2a+1a+1a - done; throw 3f - both hands down on the landing; really interesting entrance into the FIDS - nice; this dress beats out Sarah's for worst "Riverdance" costume this season; first lift - fine; second lift - good; ooooof - random fall from her on the transition out of the lift; throw 3s - two-footed landing; last lift - fine but it doesn't go with the music at all; choreo seq - she is just all over her own skates today with a bit of a trip there; combo spin - horribly awkward exit from the spin.

Normally Ioulia is not messy like that - wonder if she's ill.

After redemption for the Brits, the Poles having a similar skate to the Brits yesterday. Shame as I like the program but they seem rusty at this point in the season.
