I was just remembering the '96 nationals when Davis was ahead of Rudy Galindo in the short program. Glad Scott is now a successful coach!

Speaking of not aging well, I walked by Michael Slipchuck, and although we are of similar vintages, he looks WAY older than I do. ETA Donald Jackson in the house!

Aside from "bulking up" and letting his hair grow, he hasn't changed much since he lived in my neighborhood and frequented both my drug store and vet That was when he was living here and working out of the SC headquarters.

I'm back just in time to hear that Rakic is now out due to illness. My goodness, I can't remember a Cdn. senior comp when so many of the top contenders had to withdraw. Shame.

That was still some beautiful skating; I like his soft knees. There was some competition a while back where I felt Edrian was totally underscored-- was it Four Continents or some other competition. Best of luck to him!

Celestino had some mistakes but lots of passion in his skate. The vocal portion of his music was LOUD however.

Well, maybe not quite the swan song performance Edrian had hoped for but good for him for what he DID accomplish in this prgram and in his career. Has to be a pretty emotional moment for him. Life begins from here, Edrian. Best of luck always.
