2025 Canadians Men FP - Last Man Standing?

I hope I haven't offended anyone, just in a really snark mood today.
LOL - this is FSU, I'd hope one could never when it comes to snark in the pbp threads! Plus, we need to shake the rust off from a long layoff between the GPF and US Nats (J-Nats notwithstanding).

Waddell has lovely presentation but the jumps are a bit all over the place. Hard to imagine going from ice dance to singles instead of the other way around like Charlie White did. (Well he did both up until turning senior).

Oh my gosh, I was wondering how Kevin Reynolds was going to try to put a positive spin on Bruce's performance. "A challenge," he says. Yes, it was. Let's face it ... Canada is just not very strong in senior men's competition right now. Well ... okay ... most of us have already faced that fact. Oh well, they try their best and I guess that's all we can ask. I'm old enough to remember when there was always a top male singles skater from Canada and then you could see the "next one" coming along. And, I'm sure those days will come again. Patience is a virtue, they say ... we must be patient.
