I didn't see any knees on the ice in those slides unfortunately.
Okay, but no one is saying that. We are explaining that they are key points within the entire pattern that are literally the only thing that matter when assigning the level. One technical panelist is zoned in on the woman and one is zoned in on the man, as it's quite difficult to follow both throughout. The dance itself may look smooth as hell but it might not have an exactly precise shift from LBO to LFI edge, or so-on. Maybe there's a flat. Maybe there's a split-second wavering of the edge.I attended a social ice dance season where this dance was played 2x every Sunday for 10 years. I'm very familiar both with it and with how it looks done both wrong and correctly.
Give it a rest, Tony. You aren't the only one who knows how things work.Okay, but no one is saying that. Unless you have the literal exact steps of the dance memorized, then everything can look like L4 where they didn't hit a single thing correctly. Same with the one-foot sequence.
I never claimed to. I try to help people learn, so they don't ask questions like what the YNYY stuff meant, as you did not that many seasons ago- and that literally is the basis of what we are talking about right now. I don't know why I bother when I get pushback from people that say they are experts anyways.Give it a rest, Tony. You aren't the only one who knows how things work.
Like, in what world would these songs be played back-to-back and in these cuts with the dead air? Dead air on cuts should be a deduction, IMO. The music has the feeling of “the baby got ahold of the remote”.I really hate these music cuts for this RD from GuigFab - it's almost as annoying as ChoBat's. Can we count this as a jarring music edit?
All I was trying to say is I don't know why teams at this level can't do the steps cleaner given that this isn't the hardest pattern and in turn got a bunch of lectures about how the scoring works.I never claimed to. Maybe he was a B/K fanThe bravery of Mark to destroy Babs with that backhanded insult to her skating skills as world champion! She's gonna come for you, you know. (and she was the good one in that pair!)
I beg to differ. When I saw the glitter air tanks I laughed out loud. It's exactly the right level of silliness for Barbie.Oh, hell. These are the UGLIEST costumes of their set of 5 different ones - GilPoir really should have left these on the practice ice.
Eville, that scary BabsThe bravery of Mark to destroy Babs with that backhanded insult to her skating skills as world champion! She's gonna come for you, you know. (and she was the good one in that pair!)
Oh, hell. These are the UGLIEST costumes of their set of 5 different ones - GilPoir really should have left these on the practice ice.
