Can't blame Kaori for consistently going for the 3T after it saved her bacon at Worlds!

Ehhhhhh... something comes and goes for me with Haein's skating. Not a fan. If she's consistent now, that'll take her far within Korean women's skating though. Would give it to Kaori based on PCS still, but I don't think that'll happen.

Wow. What a skate by Haein. I do prefer the original FS dress she had - the creme seemed to pop more on the ice.

Oh, I'd forgotten it. I liked the white dress better, even though everyone always says white doesn't work on ice.

Too bad about the loop because she a really good free skate going until then. A joy to watch every time she skates.

Thank goodness the judges did the right thing. Sakamoto's jumps may be big, but they're wild. Lee's are textbook and landed with beautiful control and a straight back. There was nothing to quibble with, other than the tight flip.

Haein used old dresses. The beginning of the season was not very successful for her and she changed dresses. I think she decided to use old dresses to prove to herself that the most important thing is talent and effort, not dresses.

Very strange performance. She set up the triple loop combo, and then balked, and skated around and did the combo when she should have been doing a triple toeloop. The triple toeloop was added at the end of the program. She was off right from the first element, and never found herself.

Beautiful skate for Isabeau. Jump issues aside she really uses her music, and finds the moments to create a performance. Interesting that she went back to the lutz+loop combo here.

The power, speed, and attack are incredible. She's determined to try those combos even when the first jump doesn't go well.

Racking up the points with the consistency, and the quality of the elements. Now pls give her a program she connects to next season.
