The NBC Sports Press release shows a start time Pairs FS as 4:55 ET. I saw 4:55 ET on my Peacock tile. A friend had 3:55 CT on her Peacock tile. Somehow someone got the official start time (4:39 ET) incorrect. Peacock started at 4:55 ET and we missed the first pairs Max and Valentina.

It isn't that Peacock forgot to start the stream....they planned it for the wrong time.

Considering that they were competing at the Tayside Trophy last weekend when they found it they were competing here, I feel sympathy for them - lack of training time in between and jet lag would not have helped.

Yeah, and Ana was coaching kids at a club comp between Tayside Trophy and this (gotta earn that to pay the bills). So I wasn’t expecting their best skate here but that was a nightmare.
