SB lists for alternates (separated top 10 with ---, if assigned 1 spot, shown as (1))

MEN
He Zhang 217.42 (status?)

PAIRS
Tang/Yang 182 (provincial team, what does this mean?)

He Zhang is still competing (recently skated at a domestic virtual competition).

Tang / Yang have split, possibly due to her injuries. Yang and his new partner Siyang Zhang are listed for Asian Open.

Yeonjeong Park** - 186.58

**Park may not have been submitted, because she was going for the JGP this season

At the beginning of the season, there was a rumor that Park wants senior GP instead of JGP. She did not participate in the JGP selection competition.

I thought her coach said that she missed the JGP selection because she had boot issues and injuries.

Was he really? I don't remember his heyday as a technical specialist too much because honestly, ice dance from 2007-2011 and then 12-14 was such a blur to me.
He openly discussed changing calls for political reasons, so that one team wouldn’t beat another.

There’s also that incident from an old Skate America where he called an extra step sequence for the Kerrs giving them an illegal element deduction. He coached rivals to the Kerrs at the time.

No, he didn't. He openly discussed the importance of calling levels accurately at a GP, saying that those levels could have impact on future events, including the OWG. The reason he got a warning was that the Code of Ethics prevents him from mentioning any external reasons for the decision, which is all in the linked document.

I guess that depends on whose conclusion you agree with. I believe Marie Bowness’ initial impression. You believe Ponomarenko and the deciding officer’s conclusion.

Marie Bowness changed her "initial impression" two months after her initial statement, according to the document.

They didn't warn him about his intent, and they questioned Bowness' retroactive conclusion. They warned him because he brought up any considerations outside the specific event.

I loved the Os. The end of their career was so disappointing, even with Sergei politiking for them.

Thank you. I found this instagram post,

Her coach said Yeonjeong struggled with a boot-related injury since April, then became better on July. But Ms. Hong (the coach) did not mention JGP here.

Maybe she was exhausted after Nebelhorn and needed a break? Perhaps her team decided that a flight to the Pacific coast of N. America was not in her best interest right now?

I'm sure all of these skaters have minor injuries and inflammation. You don't get a medal for competing through injuries six months before the Games.

Doesn’t she live and Train here in the USA

She is an American. I think she trains in New York, no?

Russian skaters and coaches went to Tashkent, Uzbekistan to get American visas (and eat pilaf), so I guess everyone should be fine and get it on time

I checked the tagged names. From the left to the right, they are Trankov, Dudakov, Minchuk, Bagin, Kozlovski, Boikova, Usacheva, Samsonov, Danielian, unknown 1, Zhovnirski, Uspenski, and the head of the medical Dr. Ozerov.

Unknown 1 looks familiar to me.

...

I think Zürich would be such a cool place to live.

Zurich has one of my favorite small-scaled opera houses. Good ballet, too. I was there in 2016 for the premiere of Ratmansky’s reconstruction of the original (1895 v) Swan Lake. And real swans on the lake, a block away from the theatre! And the Lindt Cafe an easy tram ride...

Would this mean they could have got vaccines to get around France's restrictions? Not the same group of skaters, but I am unsure if it might have been allowed by the RusFed.

How long do we have to wait for GP assignments?

Why is everyone here persisting in the belief that the RusFed would restrict or prohibit their skaters and personnel from getting the Pfizer, Moderna, AZ or J&J vaccines? Mozer had Pepeleva & Pleshkov get J&J vaccines while they were training over here during the summer. One has to assume that Davis/Smolkin also have received one of those vaccines since they train in Michigan. Neither team has lost their GP assignments.
