Yeah, this is going to be one of the most predictable Oscars ever but I can't help but watch anyway.

Although I think I, Tonya is seriously one of the worst movies I’ve seen and I’d like nothing more than for Allison Janney to shockingly lose, I have to admit Janney’s dress would put on a good show on the stage. Props to her for owning the fact that her win is a foregone conclusion and might as well go all the way to wear something that captures people’s attention.

Oh my goodness; Adam Rippon's top is confusing! I haven't seen leather used like that since my navy buddies and I had a shore leave in Finland, we drank some of the local liquer and got in to tom foolery!

I do think that Marai Nagasu looks very classy, I would like to find a dress like that for my wife to wear next time we go to Albuquerque for Red Lobster. Fancy!

We are making a beefy alfredo to enjoy as we watch. I hope skating fans are all routing for Janey and Robie to win!

Pretty obvious win for Sam Rockwell, and not one I'm totally against because he did have a lot of presence in the film. I have a feeling that was Willem Dafoe's biggest chance to win an Oscar after he won one major critic's award after the other only to be derailed by the Rockwell steamroll.

I liked the overlay on Mirai's dress, but hate how visible the end of the lining is (at her mid/upper thighs). It should go all the way down, nor not be quite so apparent.

Saoirse Ronan looks like she's dressed as a tribute to Gwyneth Paltrow, the year she won.

Best jokes in the opening monologue where the age ones - Timothee Chalamet missing Paw Patrol to be there, and asking Christopher Plummer how Lin Manuel Miranda compares to the real Alexander Hamilton.

I just watched Icarus the other day not knowing it was nominated for an Oscar. Man, that was a wild ride. It was sooo good.

I didn't realize Icarus winning was a surprising decision as Faces Places was expected to win. I guess the Olympics gave Icarus a lot of free publicity and attention.
