Hilary Asher is listed on IPS as of Aug. 7, so it appears her partnership with India's Nishchay LUTHRA did not work out.

Are Caroline GREEN / Gordon GREEN not being deployed this year?

They skated in June at the big season opener & had the highest junior overall score at the Chesapeake Open, then were assigned to the first JGP. But they didn't come to Lake Placid and then were withdrawn from Bratislava. My guess is that something is on the mend. Fisher & Mallette-Paquette and Johanna Dastich, also, seem like question marks.

They’re scheduled for the first JGP
See above.

The Green won the RD at Chesapeake but finished 3rd in FD http://baltimorefigureskatingclub.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/SEG016.htm and were no where to be seen at medals ceremony that day! Since then, they appear at first for the first JGP been remove and nothing since then.

Yes, hence I said the highest "overall" score. (Perhaps the word "combined" would have been more clear?)
Totally get it no need to change the word but you cannot compare and combine results when it's not the same field of skaters competing. N/V didn't compete the RD.

Sihyeong Lee removed from Vancouver. Kyeong was not subbed in. Korea lost their spot.

Noémie Bodenstein is now skating for Switzerland at JGP Linz instead of Anaïs Coraducci. Nurullah Sahaka is still in for the men's event.

I was worried for a split or injury.

They skated their RD at the test skates. Though zero info on their FD (the list on GS after the FDs said only Ushakova & Nekrasov and Shanaeva & Naryzhnyy so I was starting to wonder if no one else was ready). It was never likely Russia was going to enter the combination of teams they initially assigned to Bratislava.

So whose place are Khudaiberdieva/Nazarov taking at Bratislava? Ivanenko/ Karpov or Shanaeva/Naryzhnyy?

The Canadian ladies assignments to Richmond have been changed on the ISU site to Blanchard, Dawson, and Schumacker.

Skate Canada hasn't updated their assignments yet.

The ISU site is the only one to use....Skate Canada does not update their site. The initial lists are still up at Skate Canada although the ISU site was updated within a few days of Minto. Skate Canada added in lists for new events but did modify the old ones.

Even funnier they haven't even updated the seniors team yet. So I guess we will see Patrick,Tessa&Scott Meaghan&eric Luba and Dylan and Brittany and Josh on the grand prix(although she gave birth not long ago).

What I find really disgusting is the next gen teams have been up for a long time but they made an announcement on Aug 9 as to who was listed and they did not add any names to ice dance.

Skate Canada needs to smarten up. If they are shorthanded they could easily get a freebie volunteer to update the site from home.
