2026 Olys Womens FS PBP - Missed Full of Horrors

Kazakhstan is really on the Russian payroll aren't they? Put Adeliia first in that free.

I find these types of analysis a bit misleading. If you look through all the GOEs and TES for all the judges, I don't see any particular pattern. The top and bottom marks for each GOE and PCS get dropped. So doing a total sum doesn't take into account which marks get thrown out.

A bunch of incels were posting gross sexual comments about Isabeau all over the Internet after that video. I'd like to wring their necks. Even if she didn't see it (and some of them were posting right on her Instagram), it's a disgusting thing to do to a young woman. Or any woman.
The stuff I was seeing on Facebook - comments about Amber - were beyond disgusting. Calling her short program result “karma” because she dared to vocally support the LGBTQ community to the homophobic MAGA bros insisting she was actually male (yes, I’m serious). Disgusting and insulting, and yes, I clapped back. Especially today after her amazing free skate. How badly these little incels wanted her to fail - and she kicked their cowardly, childish arses. ❤️

Wow, there was no USA or Canadian judge on the panel …. or a judge from these countries that were counted?

They’re such morons. Arguing that trans people in sports gives an unfair advantage then uses Amber as an alleged trans person with the advantage of checks notes 13th place among the women.

My NBC channel just cut off the Primetime version for weather updates. Imagine all the people who this was their only way to see this because they don't know about the Live coverage or Peacock. If the story Tara narrated is posted online, can someone post it. I missed the end of it.

Will do! NBC Sports' YT channel should be uploading it - may also turn up on their social media channels.

Just watched the medal ceremony on Peacock and loved Alysa's coach telling Kaori that she was incredible and that she's always incredible. There seems to be such genuine respect among all these women and their coaches.

Also read that Alysa watched Amber's program on the bus and when she got to the arena she went to the media area to find Amber and congratulate her.

Kaori's coach, Sonoko Nakazono, told her student in tears:

- Now that you've won silver medal, it's your turn to help train the next Olympic gold medalist.

To which Kaori responded:

- If I can turn this deep disappointment into fuel for my next career (that'd be great). By helping my students, I might just show up at the Olympics again one day.
