I'm not begrudging FBC's win. I said they would win back at the French GP. But their lifts are not as difficult as Smart/Dieck, Lopereva/Brissaud, Chock/Bate, Zingas/Kolesnik, the Disco Brits or even the Lithuanians. They may meet the ISU required measurement to reach level 4, but that doesn't mean others are doing more difficult variations. IAM has plenty of their lower level teams (as evidenced at 4CC) doing the same hydro curve lift FBC do in the FD as a choreographic element. (The only difference being FBC do two back to back).
I know you're happy FBC won, but I don't need to educate MYSELF that every element they do is by far the most difficult variation of said element.
I'm fine with the podium based on the skating, so take it somewhere else if you think I was attacking your favorites for making an observation.
