I don't know the official reason, but my guess is it's b/c they don't have to warm up jumps.

Skate to Miano meets Drive to Survive. I'm not sure they pulled off the theme throughout the program, but that opening stationary lift, and the long curve entry was very original.

Positively, Pin/Pog had some cool, unique moves. But I don't know what the heck I just watched. Hopefully, it will gel more as the season goes on? It's kind of confusing.

Mikhail has very nice extension that we don't always see with ice dance men. The program is a bit reductive, and the choreography doesn't add anything new to a theme, and music we've seen many times before.

I don't know what Mark is going on and on about. They are fine, but their holds are probably the easiest we've seen in the last 7 or 8 teams. They are good for the amount of time they've been together but this wasn't revolutionary.

It's a warhorse, but for a team that only paired 5 months ago, I think the program works well for them. But ugh, low levels on the step sequences will kill them.
